Delete your MidaOne account

The café owner can delete the entire account — including all staff accounts — directly from inside MidaOne. No email or support ticket needed.

1. Sign in as the owner and open midaone.com/close-account (also linked from Settings → Close account in the app).
2. Type your café's name and your password to confirm.
3. The account locks immediately, any subscription is cancelled, and everything is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You'll get an email with a link to cancel during those 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Staff accounts, customer records, menus, recipes, images and all personal data are erased. Sales and tax records are kept without personal data only as long as tax law requires (5 years in the UAE), then destroyed — see our privacy policy.

Individual staff accounts are managed by the café owner, who can remove them at any time from Dashboard → Staff.
